Signing papers

Cullen and I went back and looked at a house again today, for the second time. If all goes well I'll be making an offer on it this week.

It needs work - the prior owners had pets that apparently had no idea about house training so all the carpets will have to go and the dog(s) dug up the woodwork in various rooms but it could be very nice once the work is done. So we'll see.

The backyard is perfect for a greyhound so that's a big plus.
