Pacemakers and Cell Phones are Not Friends

I've done quite a bit of research over the last couple of weeks; everything from how to remove sea urchin spines from your foot to what to do with a dead body when you're on a cruise ship. The most surprising thing I found is that cell phones disrupt pacemakers. According this hospital you can talk on it for brief periods of time but you need to keep the two separate. Do not carry a cell phone in your jacket pocket if you have a pacemaker.
