Why?

I went to see my hematologist today and was surprised to hear my PT/INR is too high again, at 3.4. I'm already on the lowest dose I've ever been on and it's still too high. It's baffling.

In other news this whole week is flying by and I feel like I'm getting absolutely nothing done. I'm not even sure what I should be getting done but whatever it is I'm failing at it. Hope I get it all figured out soon.
