I was super pleased to get a tweet from one of my followers yesterday that included a link to one of Norman Thelwell's pony cartoons. I grew up reading his books and hadn't run into any of his work in a long time. I am a writer, an actress, and I've done some standup comedy. I have three children who are into the arts and sciences. I refuse to take life seriously until it starts taking me seriously. I adore the work of Neil Gaiman, Saki, PG Wodehouse, Douglas Adams, Dick Francis, Terry Pratchett, Scott Westerfeld, Jayne Ann Krentz, Maureen Johnson, Kelley Armstrong and the Emperor Norton.
